Please read these terms carefully before using the Nelvo platform
By creating an account or accessing the Nelvo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features you use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nelvo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email and in-app notification.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction in which Nelvo services are legally available to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. Sharing accounts, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance displayed on the platform is not indicative of future results. Nelvo provides trading tools and market data as informational resources and does not provide investment advice or act as a financial advisor. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nelvo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Upon termination, you retain the right to withdraw your assets within 90 days, subject to completion of any pending compliance reviews. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
