Whitepaper

The technical and economic foundations of the Nelvo platform

Executive Summary

The Nelvo platform is built on the thesis that intelligent, data-driven investing is a right, not a privilege. This whitepaper outlines the technical architecture, economic model, and security framework that underpin our platform, providing the transparency that informed investors deserve. We describe how on-chain data aggregation, machine learning forecasting, and institutional custody practices are combined into a cohesive investment platform. The full whitepaper is available for download in PDF format and is updated annually to reflect significant platform developments.

AI & Data Architecture

Nelvo operates a real-time data pipeline that ingests over 200 gigabytes of raw blockchain and market data per day from 45+ node clusters running across six cloud regions. Our AI forecasting ensemble combines gradient-boosted trees, LSTM neural networks, and transformer-based models trained on five years of normalized market microstructure data. Model outputs are calibrated against held-out validation sets and are subject to ongoing monitoring for concept drift as market conditions evolve. The architecture achieves sub-100ms latency from raw data ingestion to user-facing signal delivery at the 99th percentile.

Security & Custody Model

The security model described in this whitepaper is based on a defense-in-depth philosophy with no single trusted component. Cold storage custody utilizes hardware security modules in geographically distributed vaults with 3-of-5 multi-signature requirements and time-locked withdrawal queues. Network security leverages zero-trust architecture principles: every internal service must authenticate and authorize independently, and lateral movement within the infrastructure is cryptographically prevented. Formal threat models, attack surface analyses, and the results of our most recent third-party penetration test are available to Institutional clients under NDA.

Economic Model & Governance

Nelvo operates as a for-profit company with a transparent fee structure; there is no proprietary token and no mechanism by which platform revenues are diverted from operational purposes. Fee income is reinvested into security infrastructure, R&D, and regulatory compliance, with a target operating margin disclosed in our annual transparency report. We have established an independent Advisory Council comprising academic researchers, former regulators, and investor advocates who review major product and policy decisions. Long-term governance principles commit the company to data minimization, fair fee practices, and active engagement with regulators as the industry matures.
